    • Approaching another company or designer for the same project.
    • Insufficient information in the creative brief.

    • Request for refund exceeding the specified time frame.

    • Reasons such as 'change of mind' or 'disagreement with partner.'
    • Dissatisfaction with a particular service in a bundle.
    • It's beyond 15 days from the date of purchase.
    • Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting.
    • Approval of website design and initiation of development.
    • A money-back guarantee only applies if initial designs are entirely rejected.
    • If additional design concepts or modifications are requested after initial approval, a 33% deduction will be applied to the refund for costs incurred.

    Note: Vision Craft Agency reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract at its discretion. After the refund, clients forfeit the rights to use the designs, which become the sole property of Vision Craft Agency.
